Reclaiming Health Through Movement

With over 20 years of experience as a massage therapist and a strong foundation in stretch methodology, I bring a whole-body approach to Pilates instruction. I have always had a deep love for people and a desire to help them feel their best. Passionate about movement and mindful well-being, I specialize in helping clients improve strength, flexibility, and alignment—whether they’re new to Pilates or seasoned practitioners.

My journey into Pilates was not just professional—it was profoundly personal. After struggling with long term PTSD, which took a toll on my brain and nervous system, I found myself disconnected from my body and facing the complex and layered process of nervous system repair. Pilates became a connecting point of mind-body I had been missing for so long. Through intentional movement and breathwork, I discovered the power of resilience, balance, and self-awareness, transforming not only my physical health but also my overall well-being.

Along the way, I had the privilege of working with exceptional trauma and recovery specialists who helped guide my wellness path. I’m especially grateful to Neuro Performance Integration, whose work played a pivotal role in restoring balance to my nervous system and correcting long-standing misalignments.

Pilates provided the structure and integration my body needed—and now, it’s my privilege to share that path with others.

With a deep understanding of how the body moves and heals, gained through decades of hands-on therapeutic work, I integrate my expertise in body mechanics with the core principles of Pilates. I design personalized sessions that nurture both physical resilience and mental focus, guiding others on their own journeys of movement practice.
